Collaborative Practice East Bay (CPEB)

Represented Counties:  Contra Costa  Alameda
Comments: Collaborative Practice East Bay is an association of professionals committed to helping families better manage the emotional, legal, and financial impact of divorce.

We are lawyers, mental health professionals, financial experts, and other allied professionals who lend our expertise and support to help families solve conflicts, achieve healthy co-parenting goals and ease the transition through divorce. In other cases, we provide a constructive and effective approach to premarital planning and negotiation.

Members of CPEB meet regularly for educational presentations, small group discussions, and to become better acquainted with other collaborative professionals. We also have a speakers bureau and are committed to consumer education about the many possibilities inherent in collaborative negotiation and dispute resolution.
